Frames are not included (all orders are shipped print only). Frames in photos are just for print displaying.
Turnaround
I'll email you a digital proof within 2-5 business days after purchase and at that time modifications can be made.
Once approved the design is printed and shipped within one business day.
All products are custom digital artwork made with vintage/antique map images and are fully printed on art paper.
Returns and Refunds - Satisfaction guaranteed
It's very important to us that you're happy with your prints. In case you're not completely satisfied or if there's anything wrong with your order please contact me within 7 days so we can resolve the best way possible via refund or exchange.
Prints may be returned within 10 days for a refund, unfortunately the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
International buyer is responsible for Customs/Duty fees if they occur.

How to order?
To order, you can purchase the item writing the following information in the "Customization" section of the listing:
1 - The worldwide location(s) you would like featured: town, city, state or country.
2 - Optional caption (names, quote, a date, etc) to go under the map image.
Is the frame included?
Frames are not included.
Do you sell frames separately?
I normally don’t offer frames but I at times I do carry them! Please contact me to inquire about frame availability.
When do I get my print?

Shipment method?
We ship from Connecticut and use USPS First Class mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3Day and UPS Air Service options. These options are available during checkout to USA shipping addresses.
